Amy Bair is a Productivity Improvement Specialist focused on the hospitality and senior living industries. Her experience ranges from a computer programmer during Y2k to Director, IT/Administration for a Fortune 250 company. Her career path has helped her develop the ability to look at daily tasks/operations from a process-centric viewpoint and see where gaps and bottlenecks occur.

Ms. Bair holds a Master of Science in Information Management from the W.P. Carey School at Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
