David Hayes has more than 35 years’ experience in hospitality management and education. David Hayes is the GO TO events organizer in Southeast Asia. Handling events for the likes of L’oreal, Louis Vitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) and many other high profile brands.
David’s company JAND Group Co., Ltd operates throughout the region with its head office in the prestigious Royal Phuket Marina, Thailand.
Hailing from the UK, David has owned shares in businesses from the Age of 19. During the 1990’s IT boom, David spearheaded travel and airline software development for the likes of Thompsons (TUI) AirTours and Emirates.
David’s connections have helped him deliver an unrivalled service and creativity when it comes to events. He has held faculty positions Purdue University and Texas Tech University and served as Associate Dean of the Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston. He also held the position of Vice President of the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLEI). He is the author of dozens of articles and multiple textbooks all focused on the field of hospitality management.
