Kelly holds a BS from Georgetown University and both an MMH and PhD in Revenue Management from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, where she studied under renowned researcher Dr. Sherri Kimes. Her doctoral research focused on how occupied wait time impacts customer perceptions of the waiting experience.
Her work has been published in leading journals such as the Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, Journal of Pricing and Revenue Management, and the Journal of Service Management. She has also led numerous executive seminars on revenue management, capacity management, and data-driven strategy.
