Robert Rauch, CHA, is a nationally recognized hotelier and the President of R.A. Rauch & Associates, Inc., a leading hospitality management and consulting firm. With more than 35 years of hotel and tourism industry experience, Robert has built a reputation as “The Hotel Guru” for his deep insights into hotel operations, development, and revenue strategy.

He shares his expertise through his blog at www.hotelguru.com and his monthly e-newsletter, Hospitality Innsights, where he discusses industry trends, hotel management best practices, and market analysis.

Throughout his career, Robert has held nearly every position in the hotel business, including General Manager of full-service Four Diamond properties for Hilton and Embassy Suites. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Western International University and a Master’s in Tourism Administration from Arizona State University.

As a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Robert has chaired multiple national and regional tourism organizations and played a key role in developing several leading hotel brands — many of which his firm continues to own and manage.

Today, R.A. Rauch & Associates, Inc. operates hotels across California, Arizona, and Colorado, with several new projects currently under development.
